Covid-19 Update

Dear Patients of Jersey Farm Dental Practice

The surgery is open to treat patients.

As a dental practice we work in an environment where infection prevention is integral to everything that we do. In the current situation, in addition to our usual scrupulous cross infection control measures, we have been paying particularly close attention to all government guidance and updates related more specifically to Corona virus.

As a dental practice we have been working hard to re-introduce a full range of treatments, including examinations, as we are allowed to do so in accordance with guidance. If you need an appointment please telephone on 01727 846417 where our team will be pleased to help you with advice or an appointment as appropriate based on both your need and the current guidance.

At the time of booking, our reception team will update your contact details. This will allow us to send you a reminder of your appointment by e-mail or text 48 hours before. Included in the reminder is a link for you to complete our online medical history form. This must be completed before we can see you. If you have any difficulties in accessing the questionnaire, please call reception on 01727 846417

Additionally, we continue to operate a telephone consultation service and are providing an urgent care service for patients with severe pain, bleeding, swelling or trauma. If you need assistance, please call us on 01727 846417 during normal working hours, or outside normal hours, please call 111 for advice.

If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid-19), please do NOT attend the practice. These symptoms include high temperature, loss or change to your sense of taste or smell, new continuous / persistent cough. In this case, please let us know as soon as you can.

We will of course continue to keep you updated via our Facebook page, Jersey Farm Dental Practice.

Thank you for your support, and stay safe.

The Jersey Farm Dental Practice team
